LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed in accordance with the principles in force:

– in part a) pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes)

– in part b) pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter f of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party, except for situations where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, requiring protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child)

WHAT EXACTLY DOES DATA ACQUISITION LOOK LIKE?

The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

INFORMATION IN THE FORMS.

Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

The website may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address)

The data in the form is not made available to third parties other than with the user’s consent.

The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to contact us.
